Instructions

Step 1
Mix the ground meat and spices in a bowl.
Step 2
Cover and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
Step 3
Use a meat gun to extrude into strips out sticks.
Step 4
Oven dry at 175-200°F or dehydrate at 155-165°F. If smoking, use mesquite, hickory, or cherry wood and skip the liquid smoke.
