Instructions

Step 1
Put meat strips in a plastic bag or container.
Step 2
Add spices and mix thoroughly. Add the liquid smoke if a dehydrator is being used instead of a smoker.
Step 3
Refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
Step 4
Dehydrate or smoke.
