Basic Jerky-101
"We call this Jerky 101, because it is far and away the best, most basic, and greatest tasting 'beginner jerk master' recipe. It is one that had been around since the Cowboys. It's a great way to put up a lot of jerky in a hurry or a great starting point for the newcomer to practice with some of the fundamental flavors before going on to become more creative and experimenting with additional tastes--zesty, sweet, hot, tangy, savory, etc." --All Things Jerky
