Step 1
Mix all ingredients together well, form into 2 separate balls, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2
Roll out the dough, thin (about ⅛ or 1/16 inch thick) onto two baking sheets fitted with silicone liners.
Step 3
Brush the rolled out dough with olive oil (and top with any herbs and spices that you desire, such as salt, pepper, rosemary, etc). Cut dough into squares, poke each one with a fork to let air through while baking, and then bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
