Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Peel banana and make a 1/2-inch cut down the length. Spoon in almond butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Step 2
Wrap banana in aluminum foil. Bake 10 minutes, then remove from oven and and let cool in foil 1 to 2 minutes. Unwrap and eat.
