Instructions

Step 1
In a food processor or a bowl with a hand mixer, add in the roughly chopped avocado, mashed banana (1 cup is about 3 bananas), vanilla essence, maple syrup and blend together till smooth.
Step 2
Then add in eggs and mix well before adding all the dry ingredients, coconut flour, coco powder, salt and baking powder. Make sure the batter is mixed together well and that it is all one cohesive dark color and has a firm texture!
Step 3
Spread the brownie batter flat into the baking dish till level on all sides, sprinkle chocolate chips evenly along the top of the batter (the brownies are quite decadent already so chocolate chips are optional.)
Step 4
Place the bish in the oven for 25 - 30mins. Once done, let the brownies cool for 15mins before cutting into slices, wait another 30mins before removing slices from the dish.
Step 5
If storing in a closed container, let the brownies cool completely before closing the lid! Enjoy!
