Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Step 2
Lightly grease 9x13 baking dish. Add both packages of rice, both cans of cream of chicken, and chicken broth. Stir until well combined.
Step 3
Season chicken on both sides with seasonings (or any kind you want) and add chicken to the dish.
Step 4
Add in the broccoli and cheese and top with the crackers.
Step 5
Bake at 375 for 40-50 minutes, or until internal chicken temperature is 165 F.
