Instructions
Step 1
Pound chicken thin, coat in panko/seasoning mix. Fry in small amount of oil. Top with ham and cheese and put in oven till cheese is melted. Put on bun with spinach and sauce. Sauce: mix Dijon, sour cream and mayo.
