Instructions
Step 1
Chop 1 large zucchini into pieces and shred in food processor.
Step 2
Drain and squeeze as much liquid out as you can.
Step 3
Place 6 cups of shredded zucchini on greased or parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Step 4
Spread 12 oz jar of pizza or spaghetti sauce on zucchini.
Step 5
Top with 7 oz of favorite cheese.
Step 6
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Step 7
Top with pepperoni or cooked sausage.
Step 8
Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
