Instructions
Step 1
Mix the soy sauce, juice, garlic, onion granules, honey and chilli flakes in a just until fully mixed.
Step 2
Spray a wok with some oil before heating it on a medium heat ( I had the hob on 4).
Step 3
Then add the noodles and stir until they separate from one another.
Step 4
Add the marinade and mix in (at first it won’t look like there’s enough sauce but eventually all the noodle will be coated).
Step 5
After about two minutes add the bean sprouts and some spring onions (optional)
Step 6
Stir for about 4 more minutes until the bean sprouts have warmed through.
Step 7
Serve the chow mien in bowls and top with sesame seeds and spring onions.
