Step 1
Cut chicken breast into cubes. In a large skillet over high heat add olive oil and chicken breast sauté for two minutes. Add onion and jalapeño. Sauté until fully cooked through then add taco seasoning and water mix and simmer for two minutes then cut the heat. Place tortillas onto a sheet pan spoon chicken mixture onto half of each tortilla top with shredded cheese, fold tortilla over and spray with nonstick spray place another sheet pan on top to weigh it down and bake at 350° for 15- 20 minutes until golden and crisp.
