This is furrealz one of the best drinks I have managed to make so far, I hope you try it. There will be a cute video at some point soon, I did film most if not all the steps
Lavender Butterfly “Margarita”
First, lavender butterfly syrup:
1 to 1 sugar and water via 1 cup with 2 heaping tablespoons of food grade lavender flowers
about five pea flower blossoms (to make the syrup more purply blue and also change color with the addition of any citrus),
simmer on med-low for 15 mins, allow to cool (steeps during the cooling and the flavor intensifies)
Strain. Set aside.
In a shaker over ice, add
1.5 to 2 ounces of any grade of tequila (literally crap ass Hornitos is fine, silver or gold)
1 ounce Cointreau
3/4 to 1 ounce fresh lemon juice,
1 ounce of the syrup, shake that shit up over ice dump a couple of slices of jalapeño and some thyme innit for scent and mild flavoring as it waters down, and you will be so happy.
