1egg white

cream of tartar
2 tablespoonstahini
2 teaspoonsStevia granules
2 teaspoonsmixed spice
or ground cinnamon
20gflaked almonds
30gwalnuts
or pecans roughly chopped
2 tablespoonsmacadamia
roughly chopped
1 tablespoonssesame seeds
1 teaspoonorange zest
julienned
225grolled oats
raw, natural
600mlskim milk
320glow-fat Greek yoghurt
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 170°C (150°C fan forced) and line two baking trays with baking paper.

Step 2
Beat egg white in a bowl with electric mixer until frothy. Add the cream of tartar and beat till soft peaks form then beat in tahini, Stevia and spice until combined (the mixture will be thick but not airy).

Fold in the nuts, sesame seeds and orange zest. Add the oats and use your fingertips to gently rub them through the mixture till everything is coated.
Step 4
Spread mixture evenly over prepared trays. Bake for 15 minutes stirring gently after 10 minutes or when mixture starts to smell toasted. The mixture will not brown much but will feel dry. Remove from the oven and cool completely on the trays.
