Instructions
Step 1
Brown the meat. Drain the grease.
Step 2
Add tomatoes, chicken stock and all other ingredients saving spaghetti and cream for last.
Step 3
Add spaghetti.
Step 4
Bring to a boil. Then lower to a simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Add cream and stir in. Let heat another few minutes.
Step 6
Dish ‘em up. Throw on some fresh parmigiana.
