can, thawed
½ cupsugar
½ cuppineapple-orange juice
⅛ teaspoonalmond extract
⅛ teaspooncoconut extract
1 ½ cupsgreen grapes
1 ½ cupsseedless red grapes
1 ½ cupblueberries
1 ½ cupsfresh strawberries
halved
1 x 8 ouncescan pineapple chunks
drained
½ cupfresh raspberries
fresh mint
Thinly sliced, optional
Instructions
Step 1
For dressing, mix first 5 ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Place fruit in a large bowl; toss gently with dressing.
Step 2
Refrigerate, covered, until serving. If desired, top with mint.
