Instructions

Step 1
grab a medium sized pan and turn on the heat. Than, put 3 tablespoon of butter
Step 2
when the butter is melted, put on the whole can/box of condensed milk
Step 3
right after, add 3/4 tablespoons of chocolate powder and mix. It's very important that you don't stop mixing until it's ready
Step 4
to see if your Brigadeiro is ready, flip the can just a little bit to the side, and if the brigadeiro comes out of the bottom quickly and easily (without the help of a spoon), ready to go!
Step 5
put It on a plate and let it cool for 5 minutes before starting to make the balls
Step 6
put a little bit of butter in your hand, than take bits of the brigadeiro and roll them so they're round and smooth. This step is optional, you can eat straight from the plate without rolling it!
