Instructions

Step 1
Boil 3 medium diced onions and 0.75 cup cashew. Boil them for 10-12 mins on high flame.
Step 2
Rinse and grind them adding 100ml water.
Step 3
Take 3 tbsp of ghee in pot and fry 0.75 cashew in it. Keep the cashews aside.
Step 4
Add 1 tbsp oil to ghee. Add 1 tsp cumin, 3 elaichi, 1 inch cinnamon, 1 bay leaf, 2 tbsp chopped garlic and 2 chopped chillies. Cook them on low flame.
Step 5
Add 2 medium sized chopped onions. Cook it.
Step 6
Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, add 1/2 tsp haldi powder and 1 tbsp kashmiri lal mirch powder. Cook on med-low flame.
Step 7
Add 2 tsp dhaniya powder, 1 tsp cumin powder. Add some water and cook till ghee is released.
Step 8
Add 3.5 medium sized chopped tomatoes and salt as per taste. Let it cook for 10-15 mins.
Step 9
Add cashew paste to it and cook for 8 mins.
Step 10
Add fried cashews to it. Add 1/2 tsp kasuri methi, 1/2 garam masala, 2 tbsp fresh cream and chopped dhaniya.
Step 11
Serve.
