Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
Combine wet ingredients and sift dry ingredients in until thoroughly mixed. Incorporate the rolled oats, chocolate, cacao nibs and coconut.
Roll into balls and lightly press to flatten to cookie shape
Step 2
Bake for 12-14 minutes
