2 TBarrowroot flour
Can sub tapioca or corn starch if you don't have an allergy

2 boxesgluten free beef broth
1can tomato paste

sirloin tip roast
cut into stew pieces, or buy stew beef pre - cut
Instructions
Step 1
Brown the beef with arrowroot and olive oil until creates a roux. Once thickened into a gravy and meat is slightly browned add both boxes of beef broth, can of tomato paste and seasonings. Stir until boiling then add in carrots and potatoes. Bring back to boil, reduce heat and simmer 1-2 hours stirring occasionally Crockpot..prep the beef as above then add all ingredients into crockpot. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low 8 hours.
