Step 1
In a bowl, beat the egg yolks and mascarpone together until light and fluffy.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites for a few seconds and add half of the sugar.

Once the egg whites looks like this, you can add the second half of the sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.

Gently add the egg whites into the mascarpone mixture.

Mix gently.
Step 7
Dip the ladyfingers briefly into the cooled coffee and place them in a single layer in a 9x9 inch dish.

Cut the strawberries into small pieces and spread them over the ladyfingers.

Spread the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.

Now you can crush any biscuits of your choice.

And sprinkle them over the top of the tiramisu. You can also use cocoa powder instead!

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve the tiramisu chilled and enjoy!
