Instructions

Step 1
n a pan,heat oil, once the oil warms up, add the mustard seeds, followed by the curry leaves. Once the mustard seeds splutter, add onions, tomatoes and turmeric powder and let it cook for a few mins.
Step 2
Next add the boiled chickpeas and paneer to this and let it cook for 2 mins on low flame
Step 3
Now add the poha and give it a nice mix and let it cook for 5 mins on slow flame.
Step 4
Poha is ready to be served. Add the pomegranate seeds on top for garnishing
