Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven 180’C fan. Put gnocchi in a bowl, pour over boiling water and leave to sit for 2 mins.
Step 2
Drain the gnocchi and tip into roasting tin. Stir through crème fraîche and salt and pepper.
Step 3
Scatter over torn dolcelatte and figs. Put tiny bit of honey on each fig. Scatter with hazelnuts and bake for 30 mins.
Step 4
Dress the watercress with lemon and oil and scatter on top of gnocchi once out of the oven.
