Instructions

Step 1
Roughly chop the Walnuts and grate the carrots
Step 2
In a large bowl mix together all of the ingredients for the chia pudding. (Leaving 1 tbsp of Walnuts and a little grated carrot for garnish). Leave to soak for 30 mins or overnight in the fridge and give it a good stir before serving
Step 3
Divide half the chia pudding between four jars or glasses, followed by half the coconut yoghurt. Add the rest of the chia pudding jext, and finally another layer of yoghurt. Sprinkle with the reserved chopped Walnuts and grated carrot and served
