Step 1
Mince the garlic and 3 tbl of fresh rosemary until very fine. Work the garlic, rosemary and salt into meat. Turn on the skillet on medium heat and coat skillet with butter or olive oil. Divide the meat into 4 equal portion and flatten into very thin round patties. Place the cheese in the middle and fold the the patty to create a pocket of cheese. Place the patties on the skillet for 4 minutes on each side.
