Instructions

Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, flour, salt and bicarbonate of soda, then rub the butter into this mixture with your fingers until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. Stir in the seeds.
Step 2
Add the yoghurt/milk, a little at a time - just until the mixture comes together into a soft, slightly sticky dough. (You may not need all the yogurt/milk).
Step 3
Mix with your hands and shape into a round, then place on a baking tray lined with baking parchment. Use a sharp knife to cut a cross through the centre of the dough, then bake for 35 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from the oven and leave to cool slightly before eating.
