Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a pizza tray.

Combine all dough ingredients and use your hands to mix well until a dough forms. Pour onto a well floured surface and knead for a few minutes. Sprinkle over more flour if needed.
Step 3
Press and shape into a circle on the pizza tray. Top with your choice of toppings and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until edges are golden and a skewer comes out clean.
