Instructions
Step 1
In a medium skillet, melt butter and add garlic. Saute until light brown over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Lower temperature to medium. Add cream cheese. Stir until slightly melted. It's ok to have some lumps; they will blend nicely with the rest of the ingredients
Step 3
Add shrimp to the mixture. Add grated cauliflower, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Stir until combined.
Step 4
Heat for 3-4 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle parsley flakes on top
