Step 1
Preheat oven 375°, Spray 9x5x3 loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine well in a small bowl flour, baking powder, salt & sugar. In a large bowl combine honey, vanilla, bananas, eggs, & Greek yogurt. Stir in dry ingredients. Mix well, batter will be lumpy. Fold in blueberries. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 60 minutes, or until golden brown, and a skewer inserted into center comes out clean.
