Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
Rinse chickpeas and cook according to package directions.
Strainer
Step 3
Drain and toss chickpeas with remaining ingredients.
Step 4
Pour onto rimmed baking sheet.

Roast in oven until crisp and firm; 30 minutes. Shake pan periodically.

Let cool and serve!
