diced
1red bell pepper

1 bunchgreen onions
1carrot

cilantro

½ cupraisins
¼ cupslivered almonds
1 toeginger
small, minced
1 clovegarlic
minced, or pressed
½ cupvegan mayonnaise
0.5lemon
large, juiced
1 tspapple cider vinegar
4 tspcurry powder
1 tspsugar
cayenne
white pepper
pepper
fresh ground
Instructions
Step 1
In large saucepan over med heat, saute tofu until browned and firm. Pour off excess liquid as needed. Set aside to cool.
Step 2
In separate bowl, blend the dressing ingredients. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking.
Step 3
Add tofu and the rest of the ingredients.
Step 4
