Step 1
Preheat oven to 190C
Step 2
Grease the ovenproof baking tray with olive oil and place unwrapped brie in it.
Step 3
Make cross cuts on top of the brie and drizzle with 1tbsp honey on top.
Step 4
Slice figs into quarters, then each quarter cut into half. Arrange figs on top of the cheese, then add chopped pecans and drizzle with the remaining honey.
Step 5
Slice ciabatta and arrange it around the cheese, then brush with olive oil.
Step 6
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is golden.
Step 7
Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy!
