Instructions
Step 1
1) season chicken with salt, chipotle powder and cumin
2)sear 3 minutes per size large pan or Dutch oven, remove chicken
3) sauté onions for 3 minutes
4) stir in rice, butternut squash, and chicken broth
5) return chicken to pan, cover. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer, cook 20 minutes
6) stir in black beans, serve with limes
