Roasted Garlic Potatoes

This super simple side dish will perfectly complement just about any entrée. It's a classic, and it's gluten and dairy free naturally.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with gluten free nonstick cooking spray
Step 2
Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic in a large bowl and whisk together. Add potatoes and toss until potatoes are well coated.
Step 3
Place potatoes on prepared sheet and spread out into one layer. Roast in the oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour until browned and crisp.
