Instructions

Ricotta spread

Step 1
Chop the basil and sun dried tomatoes.
Step 2
To a small bowl add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.

Spinach

Step 3
Remove the stems from the spinach.
Step 4
Heat the oil in the pan. Add the spinach and fry until has shrunk in size completely. Season with salt and pepper.

Prawns

Step 5
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the prawns and fry for about 1min per side. When turning around season with salt, pepper, chili and garlic.

Wrap

Step 6
Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with the ricotta spread.
Step 7
Top it with the spinach and prawns.
Step 8
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 9
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
