Delicious Banana bread

This banana bread is perfect for almost any occasion and tastes great! It's very banana-y and has a strong cinnamon flavor. Also, the recipe doesn't call for any add-ins but nuts and chocolate chips would be soo good.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 4*8 loaf pan. I suggest lining the base with parchment paper because it always sticks.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, mash ripe bananas with a fork until mostly smooth then stir in the melted butter.
Step 3
Add baking soda and salt. Then stir in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
Step 4
Lastly, mix in the flour and our batter into prepared loaf pan
Step 5
Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour. A tester inserted into the center should come out clean.
Step 6
Let cool in pan for a couple minutes then invert onto a cooling rack.
Step 7
Let cool and enjoy you delicious creation!
