Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2
Cream together shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Step 3
Combine the dry ingredients. Add the dry mixture and the sour cream alternately into the sugar mixture. Add bananas and mix very well.
Step 4
Pour batter into a greased 9x13 pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
