Instructions

Step 1
Mix ground chuck, egg, steak seasoning and seasoned pepper and make golf ball sized meatballs.
Step 2
Brown meatballs on all sides in pot and then set to the side.
Step 3
Add butter, onions, and bell pepper to pan and cook down.
Step 4
Add the brown gravy packet and stir until incorporated with the onions and peppers. Add stock slowly, stirring as you go.
Step 5
Return meatballs to pot. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes and serve with rice.
