Instructions

Step 1
Stir fry beef mince in wok on high heat.
Step 2
Add pasta sauce, chilli, salt and pepper. Then let simmer for 10-15 mins to let sauce reduce
Step 3
Scoop out mince into lasagna tray, up to approx 1cm height.
Step 4
Place lasagna sheets on top of the mince
Step 5
Repeat steps 3 and 4, alternating the direction of the sheets, except for the final layer - do not put the lasagna sheets on final layer
Step 6
Place cheese on the top layer and wrap dish in aluminium foil. Then cook in the oven at 180°C for 20 mins
Step 7
Take off aluminium foil and cook for further 10 mins or until golden brown
