Instructions
Step 1
1. Dice Onion and mince garlic

2. Sautee onion, garlic, mushrooms, and celery for 5 mins
Step 3
3. Add carrots with barley, basil, oregano, pepper, salt, and vegetable cubes + water
Step 4
4. Place a lid on top, boil then simmer on medium low, stirring occasionally for 30 mins
Step 5
5. Add corn and spinach and simmer for 5 mins
