Ingredients: Ingredients:; 1 cup unsalted butter softened; 5 Tbsp granulated sugar; 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract; 1/4 teaspoon fine-grain sea salt; 2 cups all-purpose flour; 2 cups finely chopped walnuts, almonds or pecans; 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar; Instructions:; Step1: Blend softened butter with powdered sugar. Add vanilla.; Step2: Mix in salt, flour and chopped pecans.; Step3: Form dough into 1 inch balls or flattened cookies and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.; Step4: Bake in a 325 degree oven for 20 minutes. While hot roll in powdered sugar. Let cool and roll again in powdered sugar.
