Spicy Gochujang Pasta

Instructions

Step 1
Cook 8 oz of pasta until al dente. I used rotini. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water, drain when finished and set aside.

Thinly slice garlic cloves and dice up onion into small chunks.

Heat up a pan with oil. Once heated, throw in garlic and onion and cook until onions are translucent.
Step 4
Squeeze in 2.3 oz of tomato past. Add in 2 heaping tbsps of gochujang.

Step 5
Stir around until garlic and onion is evenly coated. Pour in 8 oz of heavy whipping cream.

Step 6
Stir, add in 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, less or more if you’d like.

Step 7
Splash in 1/4 cup of pasta water to thin sauce out a bit.

Add pasta into the sauce.
Step 9
Plate up. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, more parmesan and ENJOY! :)
