Instructions
Step 1
Start with prepping your chicken by cutting it into small cubes. Set to the side. Also drain juices from artichoke hearts and Palmini Noodles.
Step 2
In one pan spray with avocado oil and cook Palmini noodles on mid-high, adding garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Once noodles begin getting some color, empty pan and set noodles to the side.
Step 3
Then in the same pan spray more avocado oil and add chicken breast, adding more garlic, salt and garlic powder. Once chicken is browned, add in noodles and set on low and put to the side.
Step 4
To make the sauce you will begin by sautéing the diced garlic, artichoke hearts and spinach in a pan coated with avocado oil.
Step 5
Once spinach begins to wilt, add milk, cream cheese and mozzarella to the pan and stir.
Step 6
Once all ingredients are combined and come to a creamy consistency add the chicken and "pasta" and stir. Then you are ready to serve!
