Dolly Parton Cinnamon bread
This is a light and fluffy sweet bread that is easy to make and yummy 😋

Ingredients

½ cupwater
warm, 100 to 110 degrees F, or 40 to 45 degrees C
¾ teaspoonactive dry yeast
1 tablespoonssugar
plus a pinch, divided
1 ½ cupbread flour
½ teaspoonsalt
2 tablespoonsunsalted butter
melted and cooled
cooking spray
¼ cupwhite sugar
for topping
¼ cupbrown sugar
for topping
1 tablespoonground cinnamon
for topping
6 tablespoonsbutter
melted, for topping
2 tablespoonslight corn syrup
for topping
1 ¼ cuppowdered sugar
for glaze
salt
for glaze
2 tablespoonsunsalted butter
melted
3 tablespoonsmilk
Instructions
Step 1
Combine warm water with yeast and a pinch of white sugar in small bowl and whisk. Let it stand till foamy, about 5 to 8 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a stand mixer, whisk bread flour, remaining tablespoon of white sugar, salt and melted butter
Step 3
Once yeast mixture is foamy, add it to mixer.
Step 4
Using the dough hook, knead on medium speed, until dough is smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes.
Step 5
Transfer dough ball into lightly greased bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise sit in warm place( about 75 to 80 degrees F or 25 degrees C, until doubled in size, about 1 to 1 /2 hours.
Step 6
Punch it down, then transfer dough to floured work surface, and knead a few times.
Step 7
Cut into two loaves in 3 x 6 loaves(I made one bigger loaf.
Step 8
Place loaves on parchment lined baking sheet and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise in warm place till fluffy, 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Step 9
Make topping by whisking both sugars and cinnamon in small bowl.
Step 10
Whisk melted butter and corn syrup In separate bowl.
Step 11
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 12
Line two 9 x 5 loaf pans with parchment paper, leaving overhang
Step 13
Cut 4 slashes in top( loaves will deflate )
Step 14
Dip each loaf in butter corn syrup mixture, covering entire surface, then coat with cinnamon sugar mixture, making sure in all crevices.
Step 15
Place loaves in prepared pans and sprinkle wirh remaining butter and cinnamon sygar mixture and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Step 16
Lift out bread ans let cool. About 15 minutes
Step 17
Make glaze by whisking together all topping ingredients and adding additional milk if needed.
Step 18
Drizzle over warm loaves.
