Honeyed vegetarian duck and vegetable stir-fry
This vegetarian duck is sticky and succulent, exactly what you’d hope for in any chinese style duck recipe. Re-create your take-away at home, it will be much healthier too.
Note that the instructions on the Delicious Magazine website refer to real duck - but you can directly replace with vegetarian duck here.
