Step 1
Start by cutting the chicken in to bite size pieces

Add all the ingredients listed for the chicken in to a bowl, mix well and leave to marinade

Dice the onion and green pepper

Add vegetable oil to a large frying pan. On medium heat, cook the onions until lightly golden (roughly 10 minutes) and them add the green peppers. Cook for a further 5 mins stirring occasionally.

Add the chicken marinade to the pan. Cook and stir occasionally for 15 minutes until chicken is fully cooked

Cut the greens of the spring onions into small rings
