1 teaspoonpaprika
divided
1 teaspoongarlic powder
divided
1 teaspoononion powder
divided
2 Tablespoonsfresh Italian herbs

1 cupspinach
cooked & divided 1.5 cups
2 teaspoonminced garlic
divided
½ teaspoonblack pepper
divided
1 tablespoonolive oil
½ cupsun dried tomatoes
2 Cupsheavy cream
or as much as needed
2 tablespoonsparmesean cheese
or as needed

Instructions
Step 1
Filling: Mix all cream cheese & 1/2 of all the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, Italian herbs & spinach together well.
Step 2
Chicken seasoning: Butterfly chicken breasts & prep with other half of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs & pepper. Stuff with cheese mixture.
Step 3
Sear chicken in skillet with olive oil on both sides for about 2 minutes after stuffing. Then cook in oven for 20-30 min on 300 degrees.
Step 4
Sauce: In skillet on medium heat while chicken is baking combine 1 tablespoon minced garlic, sun dried tomatoes & the other half of the spinach. Cook 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Add heavy cream & Parmesan cheese to sauce to thicken.
Step 6
Top chicken with sauce after baking.
Step 7
Can be served over wild rice.
