Instructions

Step 1
In a skillet over medium high heat, cook your bacon. Once it’s cooked, remove the bacon, chop it to bits, and keep to the side
Step 2
Remove the bacon grease or keep it, this is personal preference. To the same skillet, add your oil and butter
Step 3
While your oil and butter heats up, season your chicken and coat both sides in flour
Step 4
Add your chicken to the skillet. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side until a golden brown crust is formed. The chicken does not have to be fully cooked here. Remove the chicken and set aside
Step 5
To the same skillet, add your minced garlic and stir a few times. Let this cook until fragrant
Step 6
Add chicken broth to the pan and deglaze the pan
Step 7
After a few minutes, add the heavy cream and stir
Step 8
Add parmesan cheese and continue stirring while the sauce thickens
Step 9
Add your chopped bacon and sun dried tomatoes and mix
Step 10
Add your chicken pack to the pan. Flip your chicken a few times so it is coated in the sauce. Let this cook until the chicken reaches internal temp of 165 f.
Step 11
Once your chicken is done cooking it is ready to serve! I like eating it with mashed potatoes and I add some of the saucy goodness to my mashed potatoes
