Creamy Garlic & Bacon Chicken

Can serve 2 to 3 people depending on portion size. can swap Bacon and creme Fraiche for lower calorie ones, look for reduced fat creme Fraiche and reduce salt Bacon. feel free to add more veg or spinach to this. Use 200ml water to disolve the stock pot

Instructions
Step 1
Chop the chicken breast and bacon into bite size chunks.
Step 2
Heat frying pan on medium heat, add the chicken breast, remove from heat and place on the side when browned
Step 3
Add the Bacon and cook for 2 minutes. Then add the garlic and paprika. Mix together and fry for another 2 minutes
Step 4
Boil the kettle and add 200ml water to the stock pot then mix in the creme Fraiche
Step 5
Pour the liquid mixture into the pan and let simmer for 5 minutes
Step 6
When bubbling add the chicken and stir in and ensure it is all coated in sauce. Simmer until chicken is cooked through and the sauce is at the consistency you require
Step 7
add the spinach, keep stiring in until the spinach has wilted
Step 8
Serve and Enjoy
