Ingredients

2 Tbspplain flour
2 Tbspunsweetened cocoa powder
2 Tbspstevia
½ tspbaking powder
1 tspfat free yogurt
2 Tbspunsweetened almond milk
½ tspolive oil
Frosting:
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the brownie ingredients together in a mug until smooth and lump free.
Step 2
Microwave for 60-90s or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean. (For reference, my microwave is 700W and it took 90s).
Step 3
Make the frosting my mixing the cream cheese, cocoa powder and icing sugar.
Step 4
Let the brownie mug cake cool for 1 minute then add the frosting and top with sugar free sprinkles, enjoy!
