We love pizza, so we tried to add a little more protein into the mix

Instructions

Step 1
Mix all your dough ingredients together, knead for ten minutes, leave to rise for an hour
Step 2
Once risen to double in size, preheat the oven to 240° and roll out the dough into 2 pizzas. It helps to do this one at a time
Step 3
Spread over the passata evenly, then add the toppings and cover with the cheese. We didn't use a lot of cheese as we usually would as we're watching our fat intake, however this amount was ok.
Step 4
Sprinkle with the garlic and herb salt and stick in the oven for 20 minutes
