Step 1
You can also add anything you like in your greek dishes, red onion chopped might be good!
Step 2
Once chicken is on rack or pan, I like to grab some of the pieces from the marinade and lay on top of the chicken when cooking. This is delicious with pasta or a greek salad!
Step 3
You can grill them or set oven to 350-400 degrees (depending if you like crispy) and cook until chicken hits internal temp of 165 (185 if you do legs) I’m sure you can do pressure cooker, not sure on that info though!
